The Intelligent Mining Systems (IMS) Lab, led by Dr. Yuksel Asli Sari, specializes in the application of advanced data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to optimize mining operations, and enhance safety and sustainability. The IMS Lab has a strong track record of successful collaborations with industry partners, resulting in improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and environmental performance.
